Price: 9 out of 10. I purchased both of these shadow duos for $12.50!!
Packaging: 8 out of 10. Simple but not creative.
Pigment: 7 out of 10. Very buildable but light with one application
Lasting? 7 out of 10. With Urban Decay Primer Potion these shadows last about 7 hours.
Total: 7.5
Would I recommend? Yes to the budget shopper who would like an everyday eyeshadow this would be a great choice! However, if you are going somewhere like Prom, a wedding, or anywhere that you will be photographed alot I would not suggest it unless you put something like MAC Painterly Paint Pot or NYX Milk Jumbo Pencil as a base!!
